1. Order Acceptance & Processing
- Orders can be placed 24/7 through the Savce app or website, subject to kitchen operating hours and service area availability.
- As soon as your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation notification via app and/or email/SMS.
- Orders are processed instantly. Our partner kitchens start preparing your meal fresh upon confirmation—no batching, no pre-cooked food unless stated.
2. Delivery Coverage
- We deliver within specific cities and areas as shown in our app/website at checkout.
- If your area is not covered, you will be notified before payment.
- Our network includes local cloud kitchens, home chefs, and mini-restaurants that comply with hygiene and food safety standards.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Typical Delivery Window:
- Minimum: 30 minutes from the time of order confirmation
- Maximum: 60 minutes from the time of order confirmation
- Actual time may vary based on:
- Order volume, kitchen workload, or specific meal prep times
- Traffic or weather conditions
- Location and distance to delivery address

During peak hours, holidays, or late-night periods, delivery times may extend slightly. We’ll communicate potential delays in real-time via the app or SMS.
4. Late-Night & Peak-Hour Deliveries
- We specialize in fast food delivery for late-night cravings—our team strives to keep delivery times as close to regular hours as possible.
- In rare emergencies (e.g., weather, curfew, traffic jams), delivery may be delayed. Updates will be sent to you immediately via app, SMS, or support call.
5. Order Tracking
- Real-time tracking is available for every order—follow your food from the kitchen to your door.
- Notifications for order status (accepted, being prepared, out for delivery, delivered) are pushed through the app.
6. Shipping (Delivery) Charges
- All applicable delivery charges are displayed transparently at checkout before you place your order.
- Delivery charges may vary based on your location, order value, and time of day (special late-night or surge fees, if any, will be clearly communicated).
- No hidden fees—you pay only the total shown at checkout.
7. Packaging & Food Safety
- All meals are freshly packed in food-grade, sealed containers designed to retain temperature and avoid leaks or spills.
- Our partners uphold strict hygiene and sanitary conditions in meal preparation and packaging.
- If you receive a damaged, unsealed, or tampered package, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
8. Missed, Delayed, or Failed Deliveries

Missed Delivery: If the delivery partner cannot reach you at your given address or via the provided contact number, the partner will attempt to reach out to you (call/SMS). If unreachable after 10 minutes, the order may be marked as undeliverable and subject to our cancellation policy.

Delayed Delivery: If delivery takes longer than the promised window, you’ll receive proactive communication. You may also reach out via support if your order is not delivered within 10 minutes after the max delivery time.

Refunds for Non-Delivery: If an order cannot be delivered through no fault of your own (e.g., kitchen error, delivery system issue), a full refund will be initiated as per our refund policy.
9. Unserved & Restricted Zones
- We do not deliver to areas outside our defined coverage map, containment/restricted zones, or where delivery is legally or logistically not possible. Your order will not be processed if your address falls in these zones.
- You are responsible for entering correct delivery details—incorrect address or contact info may lead to delivery or refund issues.
